For years, we have used Ladies First as a statement to 'show' respect and chivalry towards women. Over the years the meaning has dissipated but not anymore! This year for International Women’s Day, Wife along with RPG Group wanted to change the narrative of “Ladies First”. This time we wanted Ladies First to be synonymous with more opportunities, inclusivity, representation, and equity for women in the working sector. So the next time you say Ladies First, make sure it is for the right reasons! Here’s our attempt at changing the conversation when it comes to women's empowerment.
